Hi Everyone,

I am told that property contracts signed ( and any deposits paid ) just prior to the Spanish Royal Decree emergency are frozen until June 21st, and that after this date such a contract has a further 3 months of validity.

Is this correct ?

And what is the situation if such a contract expired during the Royal Decree Alarma -  example. -expired on April 7th ?

I welcome members views.
