Hi Everyone,

I am looking at buying a place in Torretas 3 area and I wondered if it was a safe area, both daytime and nighttime?

I am led to believe that it is around 3kms from the sea and on a bus route.

Many thanks

David

Some parts are very nice, others not so much. There are 3 parts to it, numbered 1,2,3. It's a fair size of area by the lake that stretches from the edge of El Liminor to the town centre fringes.

My advice is visit it and walk around the areas to be certain.

Not quite sure when we will be coming to

having a look due the Covid situation.

We have an eye on a small place in Torretas 3, but if it goes it goes and not meant to be.

Thanks for replying to my query

Good luck, T3 is fairly decent throughout, so you'll be fine and, depending on street, you may have option of 2 good bus routes.

All the best, Wilbur

Hi David

We have had a holiday home for 17 years in Torretta 3. Always feel safe and never had any problems. We use our home about 12 weeks per year.

Busses are good and a walk to the coast about 30 mins.

Good Luck

Danny

Danny

What route do you take that is only 30 mins? It would really help me out to know!

Thanks so much
