Help needed with a Nota Simple

Hi all - I thought I would look at updating my Nota Simple which I did a while back online with www.registro.es. As that is more expensive than doing it with the registadores link https://www.registradores.org/ - I thought I'd do that.🙁

I'm unsure whether I am supposed to complete each section - address/ catastral no / CRU etc but I have tried everything.
It picks up the apartment block on the map when the Catastral number is entered (and the number is def.correct) but the drop down list for me to select my apartment and catastral number is different so can't proceed for the Nota Simple.

If I try through registro link it will accept the number but they charge double and as it is a document which needs to be kept up to date I prefer to do it throught the registadores link.

I'm sure it's something simple but it's driving me up the wall - can anyone advise please? A couple of photos added

You only need a new nota simple if there have been any changes to the property size or description; although if you need it for some sort of transaction then the bank etc might want a recently dated one.

A nota simple is just a description of the property, whereas the free information you can download from Catastro gives a graphical diagram.

I've always used the Registro de la Propiedad website for nota simples and I've never had a problem, plus the €9.02 + IVA cost is bearable. I believe it's less than that if you go to one of their offices and request it in person.

If you've got the CRU for your property, then that should be all you need to search by.

I realise that but I keep mine updated due to the amount of squatting in the area. That's my proof that I still own the apartment to show the police. My neighbours also have copies

If you've got an electronic certificate, then the data you download from Catastro shows the owner's name, and it's a lot easier to get than a nota simple, plus as I said above it's free.

Where do I need to use my electronic ID - on the same site or a different one?

I entered the correct CRU from original documents but nothing. The Catastral reference which is different to mine appears that it could be the correct apartment but without further info I can't check and I don't understand why it's not recognising the correct reference

Thanks for that - I have finally found the right link and downloaded a pdf. Is that as valid as a Nota Simple to prove I am the owner at the current time?
