Will   be  purchasing  a  property    in Coba  Roig   Playa Flamenca   La  Zenia   Punta Prima   Los Altos  does  areas appeal  to me, but  my query  this time  is  what  would best type  of property  for  sound protection,   not  interested  in  what  going  on  next door, have  ruled  out  Apartment   and  Townhouses,  Detached  is the answer  but  might be out of  my  budget,  What  are quads like,  a  2  bed property

Hi 

The Spanish are the noisiest people in the world!

However, in the areas you mention, you are unlikely to have permanent Spanish neighbours.

We've lived in four different properties around here, and never had noise problems apart from occasional Spanish holiday makers, and the sound of furniture moving.
