I live nearby and think it is a nice area however there are few facilities there. It is quite near to Quesada but if you are looking for somewhere with restaurants and bars there are very few in Lo Crispin although one good one with lots of entertainment etc calked The Tavern. I have a friend who has just moved from there as she can no longer drive and as far as I know, no bus service. You really need to have a look round.

It is very quiet and you will need a car as too far to walk to the shops.  It comes under Algorfa Town Hall but is closer to Quesada's amenities.  Most residents are Brits, many houses are second homes.  I would recommend talking a walk around the urbanisation and speaking to other owners about how it feels in the different seasons.  There is the Tavern bar/restaurant but little else.  If you want somewhere very quiet but with close neighbours it is good, if not suitable for those who want/need to be able to walk to shops and amenities or are seeking a traditionally 'Spanish' area.  Houses are mainly built in the last 20(ish) years, so not old, a mix of detached and townhouses with communal pools or villas with a private pool.  Currently no new tourist licenses can be issued on the urbanisation so there very few legal holiday lets, but homeowners' friends and family can still use properties for holidays.

The only way to know if a place is right for you is to visit personally.
