Patio sealing

I have a problem with the patio tiling leaking water to the basement below I would be very grateful if anyone could please give me some advise on how I could seal the tiling

It has nothing to do with grouting.... Grouting does not waterproof any tiled surface, it is merely a finish to the tiling. It is probably a deterioration of the DPC which lies beneath the tiles. [email protected] can easily,efficiently and economically resolve this problem, Alexander.

I am not sure why you posted this problem a week ago. Since you have ignored the reconmmended advice and your terrace must still be leaking. Whats your problem ? Alexander

I have no problems Alexander but I have a local builder looking at it so I thank everyone for their comments I hope he can get it fixed for me thanks again

Hey Tony, I bet you that your local builder tells you that the terrace will have to be dug up and relaid.......Alexander
