Hi VinnyJill,
We run Casivo Services here in Torrevieja — we handle property maintenance and cleaning for owners who live abroad or just don't have time to manage everything themselves (cleaning, AC servicing, minor repairs, garden/pool upkeep, and Airbnb turnovers if needed).
We send a photo report via WhatsApp after every visit, so you always know your property is being looked after even if you're not in Spain. Everything is done with official contracts and invoices too.
We also have an office here in Torrevieja (Av. de la Purísima 29) if you'd prefer to meet in person and discuss your property's needs face to face.
