Can anyone please recommend a property management company. My property is situated in El Chapparal area of Torrevieja and require a company to obtain holiday rents, cleaning, key holding and any maintenance. Thank you Olivia
Hello, do you know that you need a Tourist Licence to rent out the property which is currently taking @ 6 months to obtain if the property qualifies?

Hola are they legal and registered insurance is invalid if not for our house.

Only license for a holiday let. Long term requires a contract
