Ha ha, yes probably but at considerable expense, I suppose which is the norm. Let me know how you get on. Personally I think yours will be minor licence with your own sketches but you never know with the Town Hall.

Have a word with Rob at Don Aluminio Building & Reformation they use a great Architect in Rojales he has done plans for us and speaks great English the price is apparently based on the size of the construction and the plans have to be submitted to the collage of Architects and stamped before any approval will be granted. if you are making livable area the Architect will tel you how much you can build as with each property there are limits and all properties are not the same you are better getting the advice from the experts and this is usually free.
By the way Don Alumino are great builders they do everything and obtain all licences etc.

Thank you Willy for info, we have a builder lined up, we told him we would get the licences etc so it’s just an architect we need if you have a contact for any in Torrevieja area.
