We started our company in 2010, not si many estate agents around then as so many had closed. Most of the good survived 2008/9 crisis but as the ecomany has got better we have seen a lot more estate agents set up. Just saying to be carefull over which companies you use. The AIPP have a list of registered agents that sign up to a code of practice.
