Bear in mind that owning a business does not entitle you to run it. Depending on the type of activity you will need authorizations, permits, concessions and go through a lot of paperwork. Don't buy anything without making sure that all requirements are met. Previous permits etc. expire when changing owner/operator.

Hello Jack, but what skills do you have to suit you for a business?  I have a couple of ideas which might suit you but without that information we are wasting our time.

thanks Ray D i have been studying all legal aspects of leaseing a bar or coffee shop and have taken advice on this but i just cant find something that suits in areas we want to reside in the business would be too far away and the building work was something i was willing to try as self employed with a leaflet drop through all surrounding doors on all complexes but was put off in an earlier disscussion on this forum cheers
