You wait!
That's confirmation of your application, which will be forwarded to the local police and possibly planning department to check if the application meets their requirements, and you may have someone pay a visit for a visual check.
If approved you'll then receive a request for payment.
If you've got an electronic certificate or Cl@ve you can in theory check the progress of your application on the town hall website.

Hi
What would be the normal wait time for the Vado?
I cannot find anything on cl@ve.
Thanks

I'm not on the Torrevieja padrón so I can't do an online check, and they have their own format of website which is unlike any of the other municipality websites, so I can't do a comparison.
But if you look at this web page it says the resolution deadline is one month:
https://torrevieja.sedelectronica.es/catalog/t/feeff74b-69fe-4c24-bbe7-ad007f91a505
If you've got an electronic certificate or Cl@ve then go to this web page:
https://torrevieja.sedelectronica.es/info.0
In the Mi carpeta electrónica section, try the Mis expedientes and Registros presentados options and see if there's anything helpful.

It turns out we had been approved but they sent the email to my notary who didn't inform me so I missed the deadline and it has now been rejected.
I tried to reapply but keep getting internal error.
Nothing seems straight forward!
