Will property prices reduce significantly after the recent floods?
I was planning to buy a flat in Torrevieja to use as a second home. However, after the recent horrible news, I start to doubt whether that will be a wise decision. They say floods will only increase in the future, not the opposite...
Of course I don't want to buy a property that could end up under water...Do you start to see any significant changes in the property prices that reflect the recent events?
Unless there is a massive reduction in price like 40% or more, I don't see how anyone can now decide to buy a property there knowing it will be flooded in a couple of months? Also the insurance premiums must be going crazy now...
