Hello
Does anyone have any experience of ordering items from Amazon on line. I am thinking of ordering some items and getting them delivered to my property. Any good or negative comments would be appreciated.
many thanks

Hi, can't fault amazon, sometimes have problems with delivery company...Seur always just chuck boxes over wall if not in and don't even bother trying to call me...nothing broken as yet luckily! I always compare prices with amazon uk first. Hope that helps :)

We have no problems with them, returns are straightforward as well

Thank you so much for your reply, I'm a bit concerned about the delivery as I live in a gated community, which generally has gate locked and there is no buzzer system to alert me to a visitor or parcel. Probably just a case of sitting on the balcony all day watching for a delivery van.
Regards

Thank you so much for your reply, as I live in a gated community I would hope they would either call me or email with day and time of delivery etc...

I've used them a number of times, no problem whatsoever. I use a post box, which does help re delivery.

Hello,
Do you use a post box at the post office or at your property?

Hi Susan,
I live in Los Montesinos and use Easypost. It costs 50€ a year, but well worth it as there's less choice of it getting lost or undelivered. The postal carriers deliver there regularly.

Thank you so much Dilwyn for the information, will have to google Easypost not something I've ever heard of.
We are new to Spain and just finding our feet.
