Has anyone any idea how to obtain electricity and water bills in English?

I asked the question as I have an electricity bill from Iberdrola to send on to the previous owners of the property and it is in English,therefore I presumed that there is an option to obtain bills in English-hence the question on the forum hoping for a helpful answer!

Wow that is wired I was just about to ask the same question. I spent a good hour yesterday online on their site trying to do this!

hi,I have the electric bills sent to my email address in the UK and google translates them for me.

Go to www.Iberdrola.es and sign up.

You can then see your bills in English

and print them out.

Hi,

Have tried registering on their website but the bill is in Spanish.Have just had an e-mail from them asking for all our contract details and they say they can then arrange for the bills to be in English.

I get my bills online in English. Also an email before the bill is due. Firstly go to your bank and ask for your Iberdrola payment details as you want your bills online. You need these to register online. Then go on www.iberdrola.es/customers . Change castelon to inglis at the top. Click on register.

Keep changing to English at the top of each page. It is a very simple form. Then you will get your bills emailed to you in English. and you can check them, and print them off in English
