Hi bit of a long shot does anyone have contact details for company/guy who used to operate out of kiosk at Carrefour in Torrevieja who makes replacement car keys

Hi,
I don't know the guy you are asking about however I did get a key for my Seat Altea from the company below. If you need the guy there spoke english. I think I had to take my car documents along. I did'nt get a remote lock/unlock just a key that manually unlocks the doors and starts the engine. Did it whilst I waited.
They are the other side of the N332 from the large Carrefour in Torre, 4 mins drive or 15 mins walk.

They possibly do remote replacements, I only wanted a manual key to leave with the car parking company at the airport. If other options do not work out give them a call.

When my wife wanted a new remote key for her Opel, she had to order it from Opel and then they had to programn it to her car. It wasn't very cheap. !!

You can get replacement remote car keys from auto locksmiths, we've had this done for a Mazda CX-30 in the UK when we misplaced both our original keys. They needed to see the ownership docs and proof of my identity (driving licence was enough) plus the VIN nunber which is clearly visible on the car anyhow.
Your right, it was not cheap but luckily we had lost key cover on our insurance.
If it is a key-start car, as opposed to a push button start it's cheaper to get a manual key and not that much more inconvenient (in my opinion).

She's looking a new remote key here in Spain.
If you Google 'replacement remote car key' Torrevieja , there's some that do them.

There is a very nice man in side Carrefour, Elche, who did an excellent job for us. Could be worth your 30 minute or so journey.
