Try putting the plugs in sinks, baths etc, if you have no pets you can get spray from any supermarket, have not tried them ourselves as we have a dog.

Mercadona also sell what I would describe as roach traps put those in places such as the cupboard under the kitchen sink, and anywhere that's dark particularly in bathrooms and kitchens.

Don't leave towels, clothes etc lying on the floor as they seem to love getting Into these.

If you do have any pets take up any leftover food before going go bed, don't leave food out overnight.

If all this fails then it's time to call in the pest control person.

Hi we had this start with cockroaches when my bloody nosey Husband lifted the lid of our sewage tank and disturbed them. Found these two items. So washed the floor of our terrace, back doorstep and window sills with the KH7 floor wash.  This last for 15 days on beetles, ants, spiders, fleas and ticks. Then we sprayed the Oro around the bottom of the doors, Oro lasts about 6months not had a problem since. Good luck

We had a couple when we moved into our apartment.

First we replaced the bathroom vent with one with mesh behind.

Then gunned silicone around the crack where walls meet ceiling around the soil stack.

Covered overflows with duct tape.

Keep plugs in sink, bath, bidet.

We only get the occasional one now flying in through the open patio window and it’s all hands on deck until it’s caught and despatched back outside again. We try not to crush them first because they smell vile.

Roaches love paper , cardboard etc  Back home in Aus , we kept breakfast cereals in plastic tubs with lids , papers n cardboard out same day ,  pour water down drains regularly with bleach. We found our laundry floor drain would slowly dry out and the water level drop allowing the little buggers to enter.  Also helps  stop those little fruit flies breeding too.

The heavy rains we had early in lockdown, seems to have brought them out earlier than usual, and more of them this year. We haven't seen any in the house for the last 3 years, but had 2 in the bathroom recently.  We don't have ants now,as I sprinkle baby talc in all cupboards and drawers, and they hate it. We are in a quad house, with 3 houses empty,so we think we may be getting them from the empty properties as well? We use Carrefours 6 monthly spray, but it's not working as well this time. A neighbour uses a spray from  Consum, and says it's the best she has used. We will try this,as I can't stand the thought of them being in my home.
