Creating a Spanish Email Account

I would like help in creating a Spanish Email account as my Yosalud medical app won't accept my UK yahoo account. Any advise you lovely people can help me.

You don't need a Spanish email account, any .com address will work, as you already have a yahoo.co.uk account just set up a yahoo.com account or gmail.com etc.

Are you using an english phone number on your mobile?

If so, that is the reason you can't upload the app. Only accepted on Spanish phone numbers.

No I have a Spanish number but also I can't get my EU digital covid certificate as it says I need to update my mobile number but my Spanish number is correct on my Yosalud. I will have to go into my medical center to get it sorted out.
