No, but why do you ask?
It's only the Inland Revenue and Agencia Tributaria who share information and can see your data.

Just keep hearing they do, by some people and they don't by others, so was just wondering which is true, got no other reasons to want to know, just conflicting stories bug me, 🙂
certainly the padron they do not! if you take residency I am not sure you can have dual but which ever you spend more than 6 months in that is where your taxes should be paid and things are changing with the freedom of information if you lie to either side you are stuffed!!

I have heard that some in Eastern Europe take money from Britain and send it back to their country, even child benefit, when their kids are not in Britain, but only heard once a few weeks ago,a British person was getting certain benefits and living in Magaluf, but apparently certain benefits your allowed to carry on getting, like pension. But. dishonest fraudster, who blatenly do it, leave me shocked,
The problem is if you are from another place in the world they actually allow you to claim and send bennefits abroad yet if you have paid into the system all your life and spend more than three weeks out of the country you are criminalised!. Not saying it's right. but one standard for Brits and anyone other can take the Pi__ just WRONG in my opinion.

I agree it's you, in some respects if your allowed to have them all well and good but if your not.....my pension is a private one I am not quite old enough for a British state pension just yet?
