Hopefully, your bus will take you to the far end of the prom/ port. You can take another bus C which should deliver you to the market. If your bus takes you into the station, you can still catch the C bus ( Los lomas) as it stops outside. Perhaps there is an easier way and if there is, somebody will tell us!
