Furniture guarantee
Hi, We purchased a sofa from one of the nearby furniture stores last September. Less than four weeks later lumps started to appear on the couch at one side. We took photos and went to the shop to explain the problem. They promptly took it away for repair. We had to go back home so it was eight months later when we got back and took delivery of the repaired section. However three weeks later the same thing has happened. We went back to the shop and we are now waiting for someone from the factory to examine it.
Does anyone know what rights we have in respect to getting a refund or credit note? We don’t want it repaired again as the same thing may happen again.
