Yesterday, I had cause to speak with a lawyer here in Torrevieja.

It is a 'breath of fresh air' NOT to be ripped off.

I recently posted a comment, that 'another' lawyer quoted almost 250 euros to send a red letter to a debtor.

The lawyer I spoke with yesterday, quoted just SIXTY euros, for the 'SAME' service...A LOT of difference, and was carried out in a highly professional manner!

We also used West Med when buying our home. Ana was brilliant she couldn't do enough for us. Went above and beyond. Would also highly recommend.

Hello everyone,

This question is for Brian:

Does Pedro do real estate transactions?

If he does, is it every where in Costa Blanca or only in Torrevieja ?

I hope his firm has branches in other parts of the cost.

Sandra is not a lawyer, she will confirm this if asked.

I have used this firm. My experience was that they did not do what they said they would do, or check what they were supposed to check, or said they had checked. Also not good at advise.

Pleasant people, but I would not recommend them for property purchase, or legal advise.

Edit: in my case - also turn out to be irregularities moneywise
