where was the picture taken? any link to who published it and when?
From my experience, being in the UK, people are largely respecting the restrictions - there are always a few who will push the limits but to say or suggest a the country on the whole is ignoring them is misleading.
As far as I am aware the police are visible at the beaches and other places to ensure distancing and many of the photographs won't be from above they will be designed to make places look as packed as possible.

Hola y Buenos dias, the problem with these idiots not maintaining social distance is alot of them will.be over here on holiday and like previous years they show no respect whilst here, when ask to obey rules the standard reply we are on holiday.
