Hi I'm thinking of buying somewhere around torreta 111 can any one tell me a bit about the place is it in walking distance to bars cafes etc is their a good British ex pack community and is it safe have seen a few threads about drugs thanks any input will be helpfull

Hola we have lived in Torreta 3 for 15 years and find it a great place to live , we have a great mix of nationalities here. Everything you need is within walking distance a car if you wished is not necessary we have bars and restaurants all around us 5 to 10 minutes depending what you like, shopping centres again10 to 15 minutes walk, schools (2) 5 to 10 minutes away health centre 20 to 25 minutes, beach 25 to 30 minutes away. All these times are walking , there is also a bus route that calls at all these places Crime yes in the past we have had crime in the area but now it is very rare in my opinion you are as safe here as you are in any other country. Good luck in where you chose to live enjoy it.

I am also moving to Torretas 111 very soon, does anyone know the address of the local Public Health centre or Doctors Surgery ?

Your health centre is in La. Siesta it is signed from the garage opposite the water park.

Hola yes the bus stops across the road from the health centre bus B Torretas cost 1.35 euros.
