Having trouble with next on line won't except my Mastercard or credit card.saying my expiry date and security number dosent tally.
Spoke to next on live chat just keep saying it's my cookies and something about privacy haven't a clue.when I ring them to order goods no problem.
Amazon and other companies on line no trouble, any ideas anyone,thanks.

The only way I can imagine it might be a problem caused by you is if you've got your browser set to autofill your credit card details.
If you're manually inputting the details, and entering your name as on the card, the sixteen digits without any spaces between them, and the three digits from the back of the card, then you're doing it correctly.
I've never ordered from Next, so don't know how their system works. It may be that their system requires further security details, to be entered in a Java pop-up, where you'd typically enter digits from your card provider's log-in codes. If that's the case, and you're not seeing such a pop-up, then try using a different browser. For example, I normally use Google Chrome, but certain things I do (like paying for an informe from DGT) mean that I have to use Mozilla Firefox, as Chrome don't like Java.

So do I no one seems to know been to bank and computer shop also did live chat with next on line they weren't helpful either.can order on line but if goods are out of stock have to start again.annoying or what.

Ok let me know if u have any luck then will try straight after and see if I get any joy.just keeps telling me expire date and security number not right.thats with MasterCard and credit card.
