On-line electricity with Iberdrola

Is anyone experiencing problems viewing their current consumption and forecast of next bill due on Iberdrola's website?.Up until now we have been able to access and view both without any problem but now cannot.A reply from Iberdrola states that the distributor has not sent the relevant figures to them but that they will contact them and ask for the distributor to switch the feature back on and say this could take a full billing period to be rectified.Our property is in Jardin del Mar V.
