I have discovered there are mice/rats in my roof space  - scrambling about late at night and early morning - I need them eradicated swiftly and their access blocked (suspect gaps under roof tiles at rear of house) - is there anyone local in Torrevieja can do this and what's the cost?

If there is something I can buy myself I'd remove a light fitting and add it to the ceiling space but I really need someone to make sure they don't return

Pestsrus are a rip off - call out 125 euros and no guarantee thatthe pests wouldn't return  - that's a hefty fee for a holiday home where the blighters can return every time the house is left empty!....NO THANKS!

I was about to recommend https://www.pestsrusspain.com/ but I can see from another post you are involved in that you are not prepared to pay for their services, so I am at a loss as to how you should proceed.

It sounds to me like you have a two-fold issue. Firstly, you need to control what is already in your loft space! Once the pest are dead they will need to be removed and disposed of in the correct manner. Secondly, you need to close up the access holes the little buggers are getting in to!

Bear in mind the gestation period of a mouse is around 20 days, you can soon be overrun! Considering your original post on here is about 11 weeks ago.... well, even my mental arithmetic is not that good!

Personally, I would pay for the professional service!
