Now we are in phase 1,and a second person is allowed in a car,do we still have to shop near home? We wondered if we could travel to Quesada,around 3 miles away from us? Just glad to be out of my home though,so if not,so be it. Gracias.
You can travel anywhere in your health care area which Quesada is.
Although not specifically named in this list it's most most definitely not in Orihuela or Elche which is the next health region to the North or Orihuela Costa to the south so Torre it has to be.

As Benijofar is in Torrevieja and Quesada is located between the two logic would say Quesada is in Torrevieja.
