Hi everyone.

We have rented a house in torreta 3 for almost 12 months but we are not receiving any post from England. We have put a post box on the outside wall.

Can anyone help with this.

If the house you are renting is on an urbanisation it is likely you will not get post delivered to your individual house as you would in the U.K., have you checked if they is a central community block of post boxes for your urbanisation. Failing that complain at your nearest Coreos Office where undelivered mail will be held for 15 days before being returned to the sender or destroyed, if not satisfied you can complain to the Coreos Headquarters in Madrid.

Hi

I split my time between Uk and Spain and although I’m not renting I get my post as I should.........well at least I think so.......mostly bills even though I registered for most of them to go paperless!

If you are properly registered at that address I see no reason why you shouldn’t be getting your post..

There are some legendary members on here who might be able to answer this better.

Does post come for the landlord?

If you live there for 12 months I take it you are a resident take your green card down to the post office it will have your address on and ask them why you are not receiving any mail.
