Walking in a property seeing your surroundings in person you feel the energy and will know what is right for you as your heart will just know.

Not all estate agents give bull some say it as it is but sadly there are many still left who will try to pull the wool over your eyes. Trust your gut instincts, best human wiring.

Will tell it as it is, no need for bull as their reputation speaks for itself.

Hi

I think it would be best to see the properties before buying, we saw several in Mojacar which looked fab on websites, but we didn’t get a feel for the place at all and none of the properties were up to standard.  We eventually bought a property in Villamartin, an area we had never visited before, but the location and amenities, especially the Boulevard and lovely beach not far away were a major factor and we really liked the area, so I wouldn’t entertain buying anything without visiting.  Once you can fly out, extend your visit to a month or so and book some viewings, we lost a few we liked, but we don’t really know if they would have been suitable.

Hope this helps

Carol

View the property and the area in the winter months. You will then get the best feel for what they are like. Everywhere looks and feels much better in the summer :-)
