Relocating

Hello we are looking to relocate to the area, we are a family of 4 with children aged 10 and 7. We would be looking for a 3 bedroom property that is dog friendly. We will be setting up business there too. Any help on how we go about doing this, getting into the system, and good schools etc would be gratefully received and appreciated.
