Try the Guardia or/and the local Ayuntamiento. but suspect that you may have to enlist the help of a Spanish speaking friend. Take a note of the reg number before you go, as winners can be traced.

How do you know it has been dumped? It could be parked there legally for up to six months if it is taxed and MOTd.

They are everywhere people take them down there drive illegally untill caught or they break down then dump then without plates on going problem.it's because Spanish cars  (used) are so expensive .I checked recently and could buy a new one for the price that some Russian dealer was asking .

True cannot understand why they are so expensive we bought a new x trail  rather than a used one for that reason and you know how its been maintained and treated
