Hello all
My wife and I, both with Spanish residency, have been back in the UK and will shortly be returning to Spain, do we need to complete the Health Control Form or is this just a requirement for tourists?
I assume we do as we are travelling from UK but not too sure any advice will be appreciated.
The virus does not discriminate between residents and tourists nor therefore can the health control measures.

Yes you do need the form.
It does read as if it's geared towards tourists but simple enough to complete.

Thank you for the info I did assume it was required but like you said seems aimed at tourists.
