Royal Mail Tracking

The item I am expecting is a key to the apartment, I am hoping to move in La Mata. I am tracking it,  sent 5th Monday last and on tracking it appears to have arrived at Barajas Spain on the 10th and it had not been moved since.....I was wondering why it is not moving from Barajas Spain...

 Really frustrating!

 I had checked the phone number, it is a premium number 0870!

Yes ,ive bn waiting 4 a package that was sent on 23rd feb. ,for my birthday on 28th ,still not arrived !!!! CRAP service .

Hi David, are you serious, that long, ohh my god...

I am waiting for keys to the apartment, I have to move out where I am staying now.

How about DHL delivery is it better, maybe I have to ask for spare while waiting for the ones on the post now.

Sometimes the problem is madrid postal distribution area, mail sometimes gets stuck ,delayed ,misplaced there or at the airport hub .etc. royalmail are a problem ,sometimes its  Correos fault .Another time it took 2 only days !! The bad weather back in uk also played a part .Basically sometimes its good ,sometimes not .so there u r !🤔

I called yesterday on this issue with the tracking details: Following a 20 minute wait listening to recorded music and apologies for the delay, I finally connected with one human who connected me to another from the international department. Explained that the jiffy bag with keys was posted on the 5th, tracking showed it arrived in Spain on the 10th and says more info' on their partners site "Correos" which still shows arrival on the 10th and nothing further. They said "if customs have not released it the Correos tracking wont display until they do"! Explaining they state a 3-5 day delivery and they were quick enough to take our money, the onus as the agent was on Royal Mail to chase their partner up! Reply?, nothing we can do. We were in never advised and have yet to be advised as to what the heck is going on. This is bordering on a Scam and we will never use this lousy third world type service again!

Hi, it is now the 17th and still no updates on Correos tracking (Royal Mails Partner in Spain) since the item arrived Spain on the 10th! called Royal Mail again, they are basically shrugging their shoulders and without any evidence blaming the customs and Correos.

I tracked a parcel from royal mail stating dispatched 28th Feb. Nothing showing after this so I contacted them .they said it was held up at customs . It arrived  13th March .. 

Hi, still no luck with mine Sandra, mailed from UK 5th of March and arrived 10th Barajas Spain,  tracking hasn't moved and it's the 19th today stil in Barajas...
