Spanish Bank Account ???

Hi All

I am moving over in 3 weeks time and the first thing I want to do is open a Spanish bank account, can anyone advise what documents I will need to do this and am I able to transfer funds in to this from my UK bank account? Also any recommendations as to which bank to use ?

I agree with the above post. Banco Sabadell are very good and friendly. Online banking is excellent.

I transfer money from the UK to Sabadell Spain using "Transferwise" money transfer service.

I totally agree with Bryan and Tebo, Sabadell are excellent, been with them for three years and never any problems.

Thank you all for your replies, I will definitely try sabadell. I am moving to Torrevieja and it's good to have this forum and know that there are people on hand to help as I'm sure I'll have a few more questions over the coming weeks and months 🙂👍🏻
