We live quite near to Carrefour.

We are looking at starting Spanish lessons again.

We don't want anyone too aggressive, easy going,as we aren't too young, and will need time.

Hopefully, no stranding up in front of a class of people either.

Gracias todo.

Most englanders do not bother with the local lanquage so you might be waiting a while...

Check out James Spanish School at Pilar de La Horadada, he offers face to face lessons as well as a pre recorded online course which I did and can highly recommend

I’ve read a few posts today of medical centres who previously spoke to English speaking patients in English are now insisting that an interpreter accompanies English speakers who aren’t able to communicate in Spanish, perhaps it may spur a few on to now learn Spanish, I know people who have lived in Spain for years and do not even have a basic grasp of the language because the thought it won’t ever be needed

There's a lovely friendly beginners class at Reflections Bar in San Luis - 12.30pm on Wednesdays with Debbie.  You can get the G bus there from Carrefour if you need to.

We have had man lesson, but find it rather difficult, prob due to our ages.

We know enough to communicate on most occasions, but would like to be more fluent.

Thank you.

We have been there having coffee, and heard lots of laughter, which is nice, but we have remarked to each other, how much Spanish is actually being learned?

We had lots of lessons with a chap who spent most of the time talking about his past,we don't want to waste any more of our hard earned cash.

Dualingo is passable, but if I don't go online for a day,I get a good ticking off, which makes us laugh!

Gracias.
