We are in villamartin and had no electric outages and haven’t heard of any in la zenia.

Hope this helps

I am not in Spain at present, but using the Iberdrola remote management facility I can see that my electricity (in La Zenia) has not been off. I can even see the trend of the Freezer thermostat cutting on and off. So I think your food will be fine, but Im surprised no one residing in La Zenia at present has not reassured you as yet.

If the freezer goes off for a period of time the main problem is that the defrosted food would re freeze and you wouldn't know, thats when you could have a food poisoning problem. Its a handy facility to have and the details of how to register is in one of Jim's guides. (Thank you Jim)

Have a look at Jims Guides:- Smart meters and Iberdrola Distribution, gives details on how to register.
