3 dots menu, Settings
Scroll to the bottom - Advanced
Languages section - in the top bar click the little down arrow
Toggle 'Offer to translate pages that aren't in a language you read' to off.
That's what I did, and it hasn't disabled the ability to right-click and tell it to translate.
