Hello everybody

I went today to  Leroy Merlin in Torrevieja Habaneras shopping centre to  buy a washing machine  i was told that it will cost me 59 euros approx to deliver, install, and take away the old machine, but instead with a discount of 30 euros approx they charged me 30 euros and not 59.    All the shop i discovered in Torrevieja charge 10 or 20 euros for delivery, installation and remove old one ONLY!!

I think Leroy Merlin is taking us for a ride!!!!!!  Do they think we are stupid?   I shall never shop in Leroy Merlin again.   !!!!!!

You can’t expect it to be done for nothing. Assume they are the cheapest for the actual product so that’s why you bought there. Other stores you tried have cheaper delivery but more expensive product.!!!!!

Your right of course, when buying anything you have to shop around and work out the cost of the full package. I always find Leroy to be good value but they do not spring to mind as the place to go for white goods.

Aitch.

I reckon they want to buy a car for around  €3000 euros to save €59 for having something delivered which makes sense after around 60 deliveries

We went to Media Market and they charged €29 for delivery, installation and take the old washing machine away. All done in less than 30 minutes.
