Until Monday we had been enjoying a prolonged spell of calm sunny weather, then storm Gloria arrived and all hell broke loose.

Generally the winter weather on the Costa Blanca is ok during the day but cold in the mornings and evenings when you will definitely need a property that has some form of heating.

Not sure about rental costs, it will depend on area and facilities.

Hi, we have a 3 bed place in Calas Blancas which will almost certainly be empty from Nov this year through to Jan next. The pool wont be open and we don’t usually rent it but if you want to discuss further please get in touch!

Hi

Returned home from Torrevieja yesterday after staying for a week in a rented apartment, weather for 4 days was fine 17 degrees but last 3 days weather was as cold, wet and windy as England.  A lot of cafes and restaurants still open but not a place I would return to for winter months.
