X ray for broken wrist

Hello

  • Broken my wrist in Madrid. Live in torrevieja. Cast needs to be removed soon after an x ray to check the bones have healed. Using Global health card. where do I go to get it x rayed and removed . Happy to go private or public . Thanks

Try IMed center beside  Habernasa Shopping centre,  beside  Bowling alley, It a small Private  clinic  ,English spoken,  send email  normal  get prompt  reply  to your question

There are 2 options. Private Quiron Salud Hospital or iMed and Torrevieja Public Hospital. Have you any paperwork from Madrid that you could show where you had it done. Somebody who knows might be able to say whether the Health Centres do X-Rays and casts. If they do you could head to one of them with your Global/EHIC card.

If you are resident then a GHIC has no validity in Spain.
