I lost 20 kgs. in 25 months by just walking 5 kms. every morning and the same distance every afternoon. Also banned butter and sugar, and substituting marmelade by mashed tomoatoes and adding olive oil to my daily diet. I worked fine.

Hello, look for Jillys Slimming. This is similar to Slimming World and there are ones all over. I go to the one at Reflections bar in San Luis which is at 10.15 on a Friday.
