Hospital Appointment

Good evening
We have private health insurance with Sallus. My husband has had a knee problem over a week so went to see private Dr in Quesada,the Dr wrote down telephone number for private Turron hospital and told him to phone and ask for appointment with a knee specialist,unfortunately the telephonist kept asking who we wanted to see,which we do t have a clue so in the end she said she couldn't help us. Can anyone advise if we should just turn up at the hospital my husband has started to limp now.
