I want to obtain medical assistance like I have in Ireland or Australia.

Can my benefits there be used here ?.

Any assistance greatly appreciated.

If you're retirement age and live here, get an S1 from DWP at Newcastle. Otherwise, if you want to use the state medical service, you'd need to buy into it.

If Northern Ireland and you paid DSS contributions for a good number of years, then it might. If Eire, I don't know the situation.

If you've been resident here for a year, you could buy into the Valencian health system.

Otherwise, it means you'd have to use private health insurance.
