Has the announcement been made by the Spanish government this morning?
To what date have the travel regulations been  extended?

Been too busy watching tennis, so haven’t seen the Spanish news

Look what happened in Australia with the world’s top tennis player!  Went over to play tennis is their biggest competition, quarantined but still sent home. People without vaccinations aren’t permitted to enter the country which is the same as Spain. It’s very annoying but that’s the...

... way it is. Your best and simplest option would be to arrange to have your 3 vaccinations ASAP. Otherwise, you can arrange for your solicitor to act on your behalf when selling your property. Please don’t even consider selling your Spanish home, life is too short. I’m really sorry you find yourself in this ghastly situation. It’s simply not fair but many things in life are the same. Life isn’t fair.

I will absolutely not be having 3 injections against a desease where I have had it twice (mildly) and have natural immunities. The world has gone mad !!

Your opinion is of course valid but it is for the Spanish government to decide what is best for their people. Unfortunately we all have to follow laws that we don't necessarily agree with. The world has not gone mad there have always been laws that people don't like.

Looks like I'll be selling my property in Spain if these resrtictions continue. Had covid, recovered and have antibodies (as advised by the NHS test) and so not having the jabs. Anyone have any idea whether selling a property counts as meeting the below (Spanish consulate in Manchester wouldn't c...

...onfirm).

People who travel for reasons of force majeure or need, or whose entry is allowed for humanitarian reasons, proving it documentary.

I'm in the same position but I have a power of attorney with my lawyer firm and have checked with them and they can handle the whole sale without me setting foot in Spain. If you have a lawyer looking after your interests check with them they might be able to help. Unfortunately if you don't already have a POA in place you would need to go to Spain to put one in place.
