I have an apartment in Torreviejo and I have been looking for a property manager (I live in Scotland ) are they shut during the winter months as I am struggling to get any kind of response from several? Thanks

There are plenty of property management companies and estate agents that handle long term renting and they do not close fir winter.
If you are looking for a management company to handle holiday lets then you would need to get a Tourist License for your apartment first.

Thanks for this, yes I e applied for license already and I have contacted several properties management companies and nobody has replied hence my question about winter!

No idea why they wouldn't respond as an all year round job. Have you considered marketing it yourself using a keyholding business for checkins and cleans?

Yes that’s exactly what I’m looking for a key holding service etc, those are the ones not replying , agents reply straight away but take 30 percent which seems quite a lot !

Have you tried using the search facility on the forum for "keyholders" and "keyholding" for past posts recommending people? Or a local Facebook group. Where exactly is the apartment?
