I would like to rent a property for the month of August and maybe the end of July.  I was wondering how easy this is to do once I have arrived in Torrivieja.  Is it easy enough or do you recommend trying to book from the UK before I go.

I also need childcare for a few days a week while I'm working.  Can anyone recommend a creche or a childminder that I could contact please?  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Preferably I am looking around La Zenia Beach area but I am happy to look elsewhere.

Hello

 I think it would be almost impossible to find a rental when you arrive. July/Aug is the hottest/ busiest time of year and people book legal rentals a year in advance, so you could be foot slogging around for days trying to find  &  then view somewhere & with the temps soaring, it would be hard work.

I havent heard of anything like creche facilities and registered nurseries sometimes have waiting lists for a space, also some close in August as its holiday time along with school holidays.

 You could risk finding a child minder on line but would they have any qualifications or be registered  or even available in Aug?

  Anything you can find in advance will be your only hope.
