Supermarkets open on 12th Oct

Can anyone confirm which supermarkets (if any) will be open on monday 12th Oct?
We arrive on Sunday 11th & will need groceries asap.....prefer Haberneras area

You might be ok but I would be surprised if any are open, this B/H is the National Day of Spain, probably the most important holiday here. I suggest you bring what you need (tea/coffee etc) & eat out somewhere , it's only for one day, back to normal on Tues

I noticed today our nearest Consum in Rojales is open 8.30 - 2.30 on the 12th, may be the same in other areas!

Dont have a Consum in Toretta Florida...Lidl, Mercadona & Carrefour......anyine know uf any of these will b open on 12th (local holiday)????

Mercadona are definitely closed, they always are, your best bet is Carrefour or Lidl if they are open they will almost certainly be on reduced opening times

Hi there, both Carrefour and Lidl are open 9am til 22.00 on Monday 12th Oct. next to the Habenaras, I checked their websites to confirm. I think they are also open on 11th as well, but not sure of closing times. Hope you have a safe journey!

Mercadona Torettas Florida is now finished. The new one is behind the Habeneros.

Don't know about the others,but Carrefour website is not reliable. We made a journey there as their site said they were open that day,but it was closed. In the big Carrefour yesterday there was a was a huge sandwich board at the entrance stating they were closed today,but didn't mention any other time. My guess is they are open as usual on Monday.
