We are looking for a winter rental 2020/2021, preferably two bedrooms, November to March inclusive, around the Torrevieja area, ie. on the bus routes. Anywhere from San Luis down into the town. Around  500euros per month. We are fit mid 70's and know the area well. All suggestions and contacts greatfully rec'd. Cheers Andy and Pauline.

90 day rule! Unless you are applying for residency your max stay is 90 days. After Brexit that will become 90 days in any 6 months.

Cheers Ray, I had a feeling that the 90day rule would be applicable, so we only are here in Spain this time for 87 days, not knowing which way Brexit was going to go. Thanks for your reply. We will work with this in mind. Thanks again, Andy.
