I have tried to register with the clave app,I have got an nie number but I don't have an nie support number, does this mean I can't register my scooter?
Has anyone else had this problem?

Using Cl@ve is a pain, even if you've got a permanent Cl@ve.
It's much easier to use an electronic certificate if you've got one. If not, either get one, or make an appointment to go to DGT and do it in person.

You can't have a Cl@ve if you are non-resident. Your NIE is not the same,as the support number they ask for. The support number comes from your TIE. It has to be an electronic signatute if you are non-resident.

Your local Ayuntamiento should be able to help you register for a digital signature.
